Host your Holiday Celebration with us! We have partnered with United Way Bruce Grey for this holiday season, and with this partnership we are pleased to introduce a custom 2026 Holiday Celebration Information Package for Community Groups, as well as our regular Holiday Celebration Package.
This year, Stone Tree is pleased to share that we have not increased any of our package prices from 2025, we have reduced meeting room rental rates, and we have added special offers for all Holiday Celebration clients for a future meeting.

- Save 50% on your Holiday Celebration room rental and Stone Tree will donate 25% of these savings in your organization’s name to United Way Bruce Grey.
- Book your 2026 Holiday Celebration with Stone Tree and receive one free meeting room rental to use between October 1, 2026 and March 31, 2027. The free meeting room is based on the number of guests attending. Terms and conditions apply; see the package for details.
Community Group Holiday Celebration Package 2026
- A Holiday Celebration Package designed especially for community groups.
- Meeting room rental is a flat fee regardless of the day of the week or time of day: Inglis Room $75 + HST, Inglis Room & Lounge $125 + HST, Sydenham Ballroom $150 + HST.
