CONFERENCE MEETING ROOMS

Stone Tree Golf and Fitness, has two different venue locations available for conferences and meetings, year round, with one location outdoor, available during the golf season.

Depending on the attendance, and agenda, we are flexible to ensure that the area of your choice, is set-up to match your needs. Our professional team of servers and bartenders are committed to making your experience at Stone Tree a truly exceptional one.

Outdoor Tent

This gorgeous outdoor space, looks out onto the golf course, and our stunning outdoor wedding ceremony location. Only steps away from the tent is an outdoor door patio, that also looks onto the Golf course. With this location, we can comfortably fit up to 200 guests.

The Sydenham Room

The Sydenham Room has undergone renovations recently, and is a large spacious room, with beautiful bright windows, looking out onto a patio and golf course. Elegant decorated the Sydenham Room is perfect for receptions, meetings, conferences, banquets, with available capacity of up to 190 guests.

The Inglis Room

The Inglis Room includes multiple skylights, making it a warm and welcoming environment to all guests. This room is set-up to accommodate groups up to 60 guests. For you and your guests convenience, right outside the doors of this room, is the Stone Tree indoor bar.
