As we enter this new season during Covid-19, our members, guests and staff’s health is of the utmost importance. We have put together guidelines for our course, coinciding with the provinces. Outlined below are some of the new protocols that will be strictly enforced.
If you are sick or have symptoms of illness, please stay home.
Everyone is required to have a tee time on our tee sheet. No walk-ins will be permitted. If you arrive at the course without a tee time, please call 519 379 7899 to book a time, or book online. Do not walk up to the Pro Shop. We will have staff monitoring this system.
Tee times will be available every 10 mins, starting at 6:30 am.
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your tee time. If you are earlier than that, you will be required to wait in your vehicle.
You will check-in at the Pro Shop (at the window on the entrance side). 1 person at a time. Please maintain 6’ between you and the person next to you. We will have staff members directing you, along with signage. The Pro Shop will be closed until we are able to open under the guidelines of the province.
Power Carts will be sanitized in a waiting zone beside the Pro Shop (as usual). After your round, your carts will be returned to the cart area where you will park, dispose of your garbage and recycling, grab your personal belongings and proceed to your vehicle. All power carts in this area have not been sanitized, so for your safety, please do not touch the other carts.
Member Club Storage will be stored only. This area is strictly for STAFF ONLY. No exceptions.
There will be hand sanitizers located outside the Pro Shop and the outside washroom at the back of the Pro Shop will be open.
Should you wish to purchase anything from the Pro Shop, once you have checked in, a staff member will greet you and we will allow 2 people at one time in the Pro Shop, practising social distancing.
After checking in, you will be able to put your bags on your cart, should you be using one. If not, you will go directly to the putting green to await your tee time. You will then be greeted by a staff member who will go over all the rules.
All flagsticks are to remain in the hole at all times, along with the pool noodle inserts. Please do not touch the flagsticks.
Rakes and ball washers will not be out on the course at this time. Benches and picnic tables have also been removed.
We encourage you to bring your own hand sanitizer and wipes.
We will have our beverage cart and canteen open for take away food and beverages. Please DO NOT bring your own alcohol on site, as always.
Our Marshall, will be out on the course all weekend, should you need anything, he or any of our staff are here to help.
As much as we love for you to hang out after a good round of golf, we ask that when you finish your round, you safely park your cart in the cart loading area and proceed to your vehicle.
The Driving Range will open daily and we have purchased new driving range balls this year.
We are so excited to be able to open and hope with your help, we can offer safe, healthy ease into the season and assure everyone’s health and safety is the top priority.
